1. the view from my desk, which I believe I received via luck of the draw, is lovely but i am finding myself already too busy to enjoy it.
2. i made it all the way from the south side of chicago to logan square using public transportation without getting lost! one bus, two trains, little walking. no doubling back.
3. i'm speeding through my paperback, thanks to the daily treks on the el.
4. changing to central time and going to sleep at what was once 9:30 p.m is quite fine. but i keep on waking up at like 5 a.m. eastern time...
5. i prefer to sleep on the sofa instead of the pull out bed. that way i can kinda pretend tim is sleeping on the other side of me.
