Shannon says that the most successful people are those that don't avoid difficult conversations.
As a testament to that, this is probably my most embarrassing moment of 2007, which I guess isn't that bad, really.
Basically, I started bawling while trying to give a toast at my brother's wedding. Damn you, emotions!
